Concision Refund & Replacement Policy
At Concision, we are committed to providing high-quality shower doors, saunas, steam rooms, hardware accessories and more. Each product undergoes strict quality control before shipment to ensure it meets our standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once shipped.
Inspection & Acceptance
It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. You or your representative must check the shipment for accuracy, including product model, quantity, finish, and any visible damage.
All deliveries must be inspected within 5 business days of arrival. Any claims for damage, defects, or shortages must be submitted to us within this time frame. If no claim is received within 5 business days, the shipment will be considered accepted in full and in good condition.
Product Characteristics
Please note that certain characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process of our products and are not considered defects. These may include slight variations in color, tone, finish, size, or surface texture. For glass products, minor bubbles, ripples, or color shading can occur as part of standard production and are not grounds for return or replacement.
Additionally, products from different production batches may vary slightly in color or finish. Add-on or subsequent orders are not guaranteed to match previous orders exactly.
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
Products will only be replaced if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, Concision will one of the following measures:
- Replace the exact same product or part
- Provide a refund equivalent to the value of the damaged product.
All damage claims must include:
- The original order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief written description of the damage
Please send all claims to sales@concisionbath.com. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process the replacement or credit as quickly as possible.

By placing an order with Concision, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Replacement Policy. This policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our high-quality products, while ensuring safe and proper handling from our facility to your home.
